At House Of Reumar, many of our products are made to order. We work with third-party fulfillment partners, including Printify, to produce and ship products after an order is placed.
We aim to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available.
1. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement or refund where the issue is confirmed.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference
- Ordering multiple sizes to try
